ABOUT MIND BODY STORIES

Understanding your body when your energy, focus and capacity aren’t what they used to be

Mind Body Stories exists to help women who feel constantly exhausted, foggy, and out of sync with their bodies start to understand what’s happening beneath the surface —so they can begin working with their body instead of feeling like it’s working against them.

If your bloodwork has come back “normal”…but you feel far from it – you’re not imagining it.

Hi, I’m Linzeii.

YOU’RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE

If this feels familiar, keep reading

You’re tired in a way rest doesn’t fix. Your energy runs out long before your day is over.
Your capacity is lower — for stress, decisions, everyday tasks. And deep down, you know something
isn’t right.

You know none of it is “normal”.

You’re not looking for another temporary fix. You want to understand what’s actually going on in
your body — and you’re ready to start paying attention in a different way.

MY STORY

It didn’t happen all at once

The exhaustion crept in slowly — until it was constant. The kind where getting out of bed felt almost impossible. Where I’d drag myself through the day using energy I didn’t have, already counting down the hours until I could fall back into bed — and hope to finally wake up feeling rested.

I assumed it was stress. That it would eventually let up, the way it always had before. So I kept going – I was at a loss at what to do.

But then other things started showing up. Eczema around my eyes. Hair thinning and falling out. Cystic acne in my early thirties — something I hadn’t even dealt with as a teenager. Each thing on its own didn’t seem like much. But together, I started questioning what was happening in my body — and why.

I tried everything I knew to try. Nothing did XXXXXXX. So I went to the doctor. My bloodwork came back “normal.” My thyroid looked “fine.” I was sent on my way without understanding or answers.

How could everything be “normal” when I felt this far from it?

That’s when I made a decision that felt uncomfortable at the time — to look outside the conventional route. And it changed everything.

For the first time, I was given answers. I was taught what was actually happening inside my body. That my symptoms weren’t random. That they were my body’s way of communicating with me. That the body has the ability to heal — when it’s given what it needs.

It sparked something in me. I became fascinated by how the body works. How it adapts. How it communicates. And I wanted to understand more.

For a while, I felt like I was on the right path. But life had other plans.

Over time, things started to unravel again — and this time it wasn’t just physical. Personal circumstances collapsed. A demanding career that no longer felt aligned. The weight of holding everything together while quietly falling apart inside.

My capacity dropped. My energy disappeared. The exhaustion came back — deeper than before. Brain fog set in. My body started breaking down in new ways, including a constant, growing pain I couldn’t ignore. More testing. More “normal” results. Until finally — a diagnosis. Endometriosis.

But alongside the shock — there was finally a sense of direction. Something that felt like a starting place.

Nutrition helped. But this time, it wasn’t enough on its own. So I started looking at my health like a puzzle — trying to find all the pieces. And slowly, I started to realise something I hadn’t fully understood before. I wasn’t just physically depleted. I was empty.

That’s when I came across a wellness retreat. Something gentle, something new. A way to reconnect without forcing it. And during my first experiences with breathwork and sound therapy, something shifted in my body that I had never felt before. A release I hadn’t known I needed. Afterward, the physical pain decreased significantly — for the first time in a long time.

My body wasn’t working against me.
It had been trying to communicate with me all along.

THE DEEPER PICTURE

What I finally understood

More puzzle pieces started falling into place. I started realizing that a healthy body isn’t supported only by food and exercise — even though those pieces matter deeply. Health is influenced by everything. By the environment we live in externally — and the environment we create internally.

Piece by piece, I started understanding that symptoms don’t exist in isolation. They reflect the environments we live in — physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. True health isn’t just about removing symptoms. It’s about creating conditions where the body can function the way it was designed to.

WHY THIS EXISTS

Why I created Mind Body Stories

I created Mind Body Stories because I know what it feels like to feel exhausted, foggy, and disconnected from yourself, while searching for understanding — and answers that actually make sense.

What I wanted most during those years was understanding that led to answers. Not fear. Not symptom management without explanation. I never believed the exhaustion, the foggy thinking, the overwhelm, or the pain happened for no reason.

Mind Body Stories was created to help women better understand the many factors that influence health — and the body’s built-in ability to heal and adapt. So women can feel more informed, more connected, and more empowered in their own bodies.

Because sometimes, even one small shift — one new perspective, one overlooked piece, one deeper understanding — can create profound shifts over time.

MY APPROACH

How I see health

My approach is rooted in curiosity.

I don’t believe symptoms happen for no reason. And I don’t believe they just show up overnight. And I don’t believe there is a single answer that works for everyone.

Every body is different.
Every life is different.
Every story is different.

That’s why I believe understanding should come before intervention.

The goal isn’t to chase symptoms. The goal is to better understand what may be contributing to them in the first place – to look at the bigger picture (to look at the root cause and the bigger picture), to ask better questions, to become more aware of the factors that may be influencing how you feel.

Because sometimes, one small shift in understanding is exactly where things begin to change.

This isn’t a space that will tell you exactly what to do. It’s a space that will help you understand what might be worth paying attention to — so you can start asking better questions and begin finding answers that actually make sense.

THE PERSON BEHIND IT

About me

My understanding of health has been built slowly — through formal study, years of research, and a lot of trial and error in my own body. I’m a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, researcher, and writer with an instinct for asking why — and I’m still learning.

I share what I’ve learned through both education and lived experience, because I believe that understanding your body is one of the most valuable things you can do for your health.

If you’ve made it this far — chances are something here resonated. Maybe you’re tired of feeling dismissed. Maybe you’re tired of answers that don’t go deep enough. Maybe you’re simply ready to start understanding what’s happening in your body in a different way.
